A distant relative forwarded me several letters from her mother “Madge” (Marjorie).
Madge was the sister of my great grandad Melville Clarke (who went by many names such as Sid, Sun, Frank, Nobby, Eddie.)
The letters we have are from when he was serving in India with 7th Leicesters during the war.
