This is a VE Day Menu from a meal my father attended organised by his Unit, RAMC 35 Field Dressing Station near Zeven in Germany where they were located at the time hostilities ceased.
As well as the menu, it lists the places they served from D-Day onwards across France, Belgium and Germany.
He sent a copy to his parents and kept another copy in his wallet for the rest of his life.
